In late April 2026, in Lyon's 8th arrondissement, just a few kilometers  from Recyc'Elit's premises, the official inauguration took place for the Tremplin association's new sorting center, in partnership with SEMIN and Wecameca Factory, attended by Refashion and the Lyon Metropolis, among others.

This event was an opportunity to formalize our partnership with Tremplin, a key player in the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS), collection, and sorting, and the initiator of the Textile 360 project, which aims to find an outlet for end-of-life textiles within a 360 km radius. The polyester-based textiles that Recyc'Elit can recover for recycling are highly complementary to the predominantly cotton-based textiles useful for Buitex Industries.

This collaboration, ongoing for over a year, strengthens our shared ambition and illustrates a strong conviction: it is through the mobilization and cooperation of all ecosystem players that we will be able to sustainably advance the textile industry.

Thanks to all the teams involved in this meaningful project: Virginie Belle, Martial DO, Fanny DEL, Léa Odin, Raouf Medimagh (PhD. Eng.), Jonathan Benguigui, Marine PERRAUD, Manelle Tayeb.
